WHITE CROCUSES

After the long Colorado winter, I stroll the Denver Botanic Gardens nearly every week starting in mid-March, desperate to find signs of life. Nothing says SPRINGTIME like crocuses. They’re such bold little things, defying cold and snow just to herald our slow turn back to the sun. They bloom to glorify God, nature, and springtime.

I paint so I can bloom, too.
